报告内容概要:As cities face mounting challenges—from congestion and climate risk to inequality and governance complexity, the traditional approaches to urban management are no longer sufficient. What we need is not just smarter infrastructure, but smarter systems of service, designed with people, data, and trust at the core. This talk explores how Web3 technologies—blockchain, decentralized governance, privacy-preserving data sharing, and AI-driven automation—are fundamentally reimagining the smart city as a value co-creation ecosystem. By shifting away from siloed, centralized models, Web3 enables citizen empowerment, system interoperability, and ethical AI integration. Through tokenization and trusted data spaces, individuals and communities become co-owners of digital assets, urban data, and public services. They participate directly in planning, decision-making, and even the local economy, transforming from users into co-creators. We’ll examine how this transformation manifests in real-world applications—from decentralized mobility platforms and dynamic energy sharing to participatory governance via DAOs and immersive AR/VR-enabled urban planning tools. Through the concept of “deepservice”, we uncover how AI and Web3 together enable services that are not only intelligent and efficient, but adaptive, ethical, and human-centered. Ultimately, reimagining smart service systems through Web3 is about more than digital transformation - it's about designing resilient, inclusive, and future-ready cities that work for everyone.
